I’ve always been a people person, and what inspired me to join this industry was the oppurtunity to help others feel beautiful, confident, and the best versions of themselves. I’m committed to delivering thoughtful, detailed work. I love welcoming a comfortable experience for every client who sits in my chair. Hi, I’m Hilary! I have been behind the chair for over 20 years. I specialize in custom hair extensions and dimensional color, focusing on seamless blends and healthy hair. I love creating looks that feel elevated but still effortless, so my clients leave feeling confident and like the best versions of themselves. Although I am currently not taking new clients I will still do my best to work in new extension clients.
When I am not behind the chair I enjoy staying active at the gym, hanging out with my son, or cuddling up with my pup on the sofa.

Hi, I’m Angela but you can call me Angie! I’m a seasoned stylist with 11 years of experience. I specialize in balayage, blonding, vibrant creative colors. I think I’m known best for my consultation and personalized approach. I believe luxury is found not only in the final result but in the entire experience, from consultation to final reveal. My passion lies in helping clients feel confident and individualistic.
Outside of the salon , I draw inspiration from traveling he world, rom-coms nights, and a good murder mystery book. I especially vale time my big family and bearded dragon.
CHRISTINA RYZNAR
Chrissy has been behind the chair since 2015.
Meet Chrissy, Salon Millan’s go-to expert for blonding, seamless balayage, and those signature bouncy blowouts clients can’t stop talking about. Her chair is where high impact foil techniques get you light and bright while maintaining the healthiest hair possible. She also is a tape-in & weft extension specialist. When you sit in her chair expect fun conversation and a gorgeous blowout that will last for days. Chrissy also does barbered cuts that will make you feel dapper and coming back for more.

Ashley Messa
Ashley has been behind the chair since 2009. She specializes in blonding services such as highlighting, balayage, and platinums. Curly hair is something she loves to work. Having curly hair herself, Ashley has a better understanding on how textured hair needs to be cared for. Another one of her passions is bridal hair and updo styling, which allows her to show off her creative skills. Ashley is certified in many different extension methods. She thrives when her clients put all their trust in her to create a whole new look and color transformations.

Eda Qalliaj
Eda has been behind the chair since 2020.
She is a woman of multiple trades! She loves cutting, coloring, and is even certified in tape in extensions. When she's not behind the chair she is our lash extension specialist. At Salon Millan we have a private room for your lash service, so you can enjoy the ultimate lash nap while Eda works her magic!

Colleen has been waxing and doing makeup since 2007.
She worked at Benifit and that is where her love for shaping brows really started. When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Phillies or the Eagles, or getting hooked on a good mystery thriller. MELISSA MILLAN COLON
Meet our owner Melissa Millán Colon. She has been behind the chair since 2003.
Her creative mind and love of hair inspired her to open her own salon. To further her expertise in color services, she became a Wella Master Color Expert in 2021. Melissa is highly meticulous, a specialist in precision cutting and coloring techniques, she listens and uses creative approaches to customize hairstyles for each individual. Besides specializing in both color ad cutting, she is multi-method extension specialist. Melissa’s wide range of skills go across the board!
